Orders
*** PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR ORDERS TO SHIP ***
To complete an order Eyedentity Threads must order blank apparel from American Apparel, receive the order, hand print the products, and ship the order. All orders will be printed in the order in which they are received.
Some orders may take longer than 2-3 weeks to finish depending on the volume of orders at the time of your purchase. If you have questions on the status of your order please contact Eyedentity Threads at eyedentity.threads@gmail.com.
Returns
Customers who choose to return purchased Eyedentity Threads products will be expected to return the product within 15 days of the products shipping date and must pay for return shipping. Products returned after 15 days of shipping date will not receive a refund. Products may only be returned if they have not been used, worn or washed. Eyedentity Threads will not refund the payment amount until the returned product or products have been received by Eyedentity Threads and inspected for damage. Shipping and tax costs will not be refunded.
